Engineering projects can be complex and chaotic, so we serve as our client’s single point of contact for the entire project, simplifying the client’s experience and helping ensure successful design and construction.

Planning, Scheduling, & Reporting

Positive outcomes on facility projects require careful planning, scheduling, oversight, and reporting. Our project managers begin by reviewing the budget, scope of work, and schedule for the project, working closely with the owner and other stakeholders. PMs then coordinate all engineering and construction, including equipment suppliers and other vendors. Finally, detailed reports are prepared for the client, including schedule updates, budgetary reporting, and all challenges that impact the project.
